Bioversel announces biodiesel production agreement with Biocardel Quebec, located in Richmond, Quebec. Bioversel, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of biodiesel and biodiesel fuel blends in Canada, continues to grow biodiesel production capacity and market share in Canada through its network of production partners. Biocardel Quebec’s production plant located in Richmond, Quebec has a seed crushing facility on site and utilizes vegetable oils and used vegetable oils for feedstock to produce upwards of 45,000 MT of biodiesel annually.
